HE'S GOT IT WRONG AGAIN! Najib calls on Chinese to be REASONABLE & support govt programs
The most auspicious day in the Chinese lunar calendar is here to meet us with hope of a better year to come. At this juncture, I bid all Malaysians of Chinese origin, Gong Xi Fa Chai.
It is imperative at times like this to reflect on the year that has just passed and count the blessing bestowed upon us thus far. Despite the transformation advances we have made, we still have a long way to go and much work to do. The transformation programs need support from all walks of life – especially so from the Chinese community who are known for their entrepreneurial skill.
Even as we speak there are countless initiatives being undertaken to improve our livelihood. There are, for example, ongoing programs like BR1M, KR1M, Ops Harga and many others to help mitigate the pinch of global inflationary forces. There are also ongoing consultative meetings and discussions that are focused solely on addressing the issue of easing the rakyat’s burden. Our efforts will go asunder without your support. Together we must remain resilient in the face of economic challenges to sustain stability and progress for our future generation.
While we rejoice in welcoming the year of the horse, we must uphold our unity and racial harmony that we have enjoyed so far. We owe it to the nation to reject any form of threat, violence or any other act of extremism that would strain the harmonious relationship shared and enjoyed by the various races in Malaysia.
I believe we should all listen to the voice of reason. It is therefore incumbent upon us to act sensibly and to listen to each other’s views. In Malaysian’s cultural melting pot, we must respect the rules of law and proceed with sensitivity toward other people’s beliefs.
To this end, my heartfelt appreciation goes to the nation-building role played by the Malaysian Chinese since Independence.
From Putrajaya to all Malaysian homes, I wish you all a very safe and prosperous Chinese New Year.
Najib Razak is the prime minister of Malaysia

all the wrong statement which makes you look funny mr prime minister especially on the fact that you wrote that we must respect rules of law and proceed with sensitivity toward other people's belief

Malay seems to be the most sensitive race on earth... other races got no sensitivity

30 january 2014

Its chinese new year eve... spend taking a long nap at home... but it was only yesterday that i realize i have yet to have my hair cut.. thus waking up early in the morning today to find for a hair saloon...

luckily i found one operating in scoot garden..

as dinner approach, i also spend some time watching some video.. the recent video that i watch, which i don't know what is it about... its a messy video.. but to convey the message... its about unfair

that government is closing down chinese shops that is operating illegally, they are pleading and asking angrily that why some malay quarters are doing the same but no action is taken against them.. thus spark tons of chinese voicing their displeasure over the net

this is my view

1) if you are doing things legally, you wont feel unfair, point is why aren't you playing by the book of rules? forget what about other's attitude, did u do your job correctly? if you are not doing your part.. your blaming others attitude is also another disgrace to your freaking race

2) many countries money = power.. if you have no money, either you are not living below your means or simply put.. u r not earning enough... if you have money you have power even if you are an african.. what do we do? start working and earning money!

some people know how to talk and scream.. but fact remains... are you doing your part correctly?

i say this...

money doesn't give you happiness but would you rather face your problem in a limo, wearing a good suit and have an awesome meal?or do u prefer to face your problem in a rut? earn that money, and enjoy your life..

screw what the government thinks or do.. government policy will always only favour those in them and never the people.. thats should be a common understanding to all

*******************************

i think i have grow up a lot in 2013..i have witness and also taste different aspect walk of life... though still more maturing need to be done.. i find myself to see the world in a different perspective

1) argument and mis-understanding occur due to lack of communication or that conversation did not even took place.. people began to drift apart as each person develop their own idea

2) there are so many fake shit intention outside.. bullshit stinks and they are many of them

3) selfish is a big no-no, no matter how you look at it... try to place others before yourself

4) use word correctly because it will cause problem in the end if words are use wrongly

5) remember to save up the money you earn

6) emotion should be control at all times.. in a rigid manner

7) smile more..... like a lot!!

8) persistence... no matter what others say, believe in your idea and persist!

i hope 2014 be less harsh on me

most important of all.. i hope to be bless with strength to overcome challenges..

29 january 2014(ii)

Work is finally done and i'm getting that long break...

11 days of break to be exact... not a deserving break but a needed break... I don't think i will be doing any visiting this year.. it'll be a week long pure break..

dividend were announced earlier today.. that however is a deserving dividend..

i spend an hour or so lying on my bed after work, thinking and talking to myself.. that after all the years of hard work, what do i want to get myself.. and i decided.. save it up

i predicted 2014 will be a challenging year right up to 2017-2018, unless its something I really needed, i might as well save it up

**********************************************

getting tired and also sickness is catching up

not sure either i'm getting old or i'm just working too hard

take some rest would be sufficient i guess

to everyone out there.. happy chinese new year

further property falls

FURTHER FALLS possible in M'sia residential property market this year

The recent measures taken by the government to cool the property market is expected to have a short-term impact on investments in the sector in Malaysia but the US Federal Reserve Board's move towards tapering of the quantitative easing (QE) programme this year may have a larger implication, DTZ Research said.
"The start of the tapering of QE measures in the US will have several implications for investors in Malaysia, affecting interest ratea, liquidity and possibly foreign exchange rates," the property services company said in a statement yesterday.
"How this pans out remains to be seen as its overall impact on entry yield will determine if the market remains attractive for major investors, given the pending softness of certain market sectors due to new completions," it added.
DTZ said 2013 was a slower year with lower investment volume of RM1.87 billion, a 73% decline compared to 2012.
"Activity was affected by the 13th general election in May as investors held back their investments due to increased political uncertainty over the outcome of the closely-fought election," it said.
Residential hit
DTZ said the last quarter of 2013 saw an uptick in the value of deals at RM342.2 million against a paltry RM65.6 million in the previous quarter.
It predicted that the residential property market will soften further and slow down in 2014 as a result of the recent cooling measures announced, such as the raising of real property gains tax (RPGT), removal of the developer interest bearing scheme (DIBS), stricter bank lending guidelines as well as new price thresholds for foreign ownership.
However, DTZ expects more residential property launches this year.
"The abundant new supply expected in the next three years (average of 5,477 units a year) is expected to continue to exert downward pressure on rental values, especially in the city centre. It remains to be seen if capital values will be affected if speculative investors were to offload their units when they are completed," it said.
DTZ noted that the average prices of high-end condominiums generally increased in 2013. "The average capital value increased marginally by 2% quarter-on-quarter and 11.3% year-on-year in Q4 to RM746 per sq ft," it added.
Office glut
On office space, DTZ foresees the pressure to secure higher occupancy at new office buildings to continue this year, especially if the funding rate rises.
"This pressure is not likely to abate in the short to medium term and as such the office market is forecast to remain challenging in 2014 and beyond," it said.
In 2013, the office market continued to be overshadowed by high pipeline supply but occupancy rate remained unchanged at 85% for the whole year.
"The increasing competition for office tenants has not resulted in any significant impact on rental level," it said.
On the retail sector, DTZ projected growth to be slower at 6%.
"Moving forward, it is expected that 2014 will be a challenging year for both retailers and consumers in view of the rising cost of living and lower purchasing power of Malaysian households," it said. - The Sundaily

Sex and life

Lesson to learn from Sex and Life:

1. Kamasutra says : If you suck one nipple, the women herself offers the other one. And that was the origin of "buy one get one free"!

2.Did you ever notice: everything on a woman's upper body starts with a "B". Blouse, Bra, Bikini, Boobs & lower body with a "P" Petticoat, pants, panties, pussy... No wonder why men suffer from high B P !!! Vulgar but true so its worth reading...

3...Before sex, you help each other get naked. After sex, you dress only yourself..
Moral: In life no one helps you, once you're fucked.

4...Success is like pregnancy. Everybody congratulates you but nobody knows how many times you got fucked to achieve it.

5...What is the difference between frustration and satisfaction? What the Fuck! and What a Fuck!

6...3 people having sex is a threesome, 2 is a twosome. So next time someone calls you 'HANDSOME', don't take it as a compliment!

7...Life is like a dick, sometimes it becomes hard for no reason.

8...Practical thought:
A husband is supposed to make his wife's panties wet, not her eyes. A wife is supposed to make her husband's dick hard, not his life..
