Titan club

and the investment that i had made into this club which is located in Kuchai lama just had its opening last week. i certainly hope it wont flop because the amount is surely not small.

everyone including my friends had been praising how good the club is... and since its opening the cub is almost full pack everyday

i hope it continues and grow to a greater height

i won't label myself as a person who know how to judge a person but when it comes to investment, i seems to have an eye on it..

may it prosperous through 2014

WATCH OUT! MORE properties may go under the hammer in 2014
KUALA LUMPUR - The ban on Developer Interest Bearing Scheme (DIBS) and the hike in real property gains tax (RPGT) rates next year is likely to result in more property auctions in 2014, said National House Buyers Association (HBA) secretary-general Chang Kim Loong.
"I will not be surprised if there will be a lot of properties for auction next year. I won't be surprised because a lot of people who bought into properties for investment, they are now caught out with RPGT and DIBS," he told SunBiz in an interview.
"So it now depends on your holding power. How long can you hold on to the property with the bank interest when the developer won't be paying installments for you anymore? By next year there should be a lot of foreclosure cases," he added.
Chang said if there is a slow down in the property market, if buyers who bought properties with DIBS are not able to service their loans and end up in foreclosure, they would not even be able to repay their debts after the property is auctioned off and banks would not be able to recover the full loan amount.
"Assuming there is a slow down in the market, do you think the bank will finance 100% of DIBS at RM600,000 for a unit that is actually priced at RM500,000 without DIBS? The banks will also not be able to recover the RM600,000 (after the property is auctioned off) because they hiked it up in such a way for interest purpose," he said.
"If the property's real price is at RM500,000 but was purchased at RM600,000, even after it is auctioned off, the buyer would not be able to clear his debt. He won't have enough to pay off the debt because the actual price is RM500,000. The valuations are off already," he added

*************************************

as predicted some time ago... 2014 is a better time to buy property than few years back and with inflation shooting up, those people that has been saving their money, 2014 prove to be the time to grab some good deals

of course we will also see many people getting into trouble as well

that's for not thinking properly and for getting into the BBB mode..

i have mention this to my peers, if you do not have insight or knowing what you are doing.. you are definitely heading the wrong direction.. i mean following the crowd is not a good thing, taking time and do your research is much better

Another direction that i see many people doing wrong is the forex / share investment.. the time investing into studying forex / share does not justify the return. without adequate knowledge you are just going all out crashing to the wall.. which many people include myself have tried before..

december 14 2014

there is a difference between a cold and a flu

luckily i'm only be struck by a cold...

however it's the second cold in two months time... i got to slow down on work

but to think about it for a second.. i had my fair share of rest..

deep down inside i have this theory embedded in me.. we shall all strive to be as independent as possible and as hardworking as possible

we don't give up in regards of circumstances

we find a way when there's no way, we find limitation when there's no limit

it is then success await us at the end of the road

but to think about it... how many of us stop half way when find the goal is too hard to reach

some doesn't even have a clear goal

some give up when the amount of work put in gets too heavy or simply too much to handle

if we cant make a difference, we shall become a role model in someone else's life

if both cant be achieve.. u have live a moderate life

not that its any bad or worse... its just not significant

caucasian male

not that i have any problem with caucasian male but whats up with some girls getting all hype up in dating a white male?

does dating a white male makes u look any more superior?

not judging here because everybody has a different taste in guys...

however hear me out on this

fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me

whats up with some girls keep dating the same type of guys, and when they get ditch they just whine and bitch over it... over the facebook

really?? over the facebook?? u need attention that much?? u must be some sort of very insecure lady over there

i think personality and character is more important that colour of the skin... thats a definite

but u don't have to specifically look for caucasian male because they are guaranteed of awesome personality and character

really?? that's stupid

some people are just born stupid.. i guess thats how evolution works..

stupid people got play and got dump.. they cant produce their own off spring.. the stupidity line cuts off... right over there

wake up already??

dec 7 2013

Had a morning breakfast with a very good friend of mine that i came to know lately

i enjoy mind stimulating talks in the morning and not myself to get lazy...

as we talked i showed him an article

http://www.malaysia-chronicle.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=197432:umno-now-demanding-679-malay-bumi-quota&Itemid=2#axzz2mknEdRNG

it's an article stating that GLC companies should create millionaire bumi's or in short, Malaysia is in need of millionaire.. malay millionaire

many people that i have meet told me, inflation is going up by 4-7% every year

http://www.indexmundi.com/malaysia/inflation_rate_(consumer_prices).html

http://www.tradingeconomics.com/malaysia/inflation-cpi

it's actually hover around 2-3%

so literally fixed deposit which give a rate of 3.88% actually help to prevent our money from depreciate..

many however give an otherwise statement.. frankly probably they are influence by "outsider" statement without checking themselves whatever it's real or not...

however with recent hike... fix deposit might not be a good option as of lately

****************************

we shouldn't go for the BBB mode that is being refer by many... mind you, that's buy-buy-buy

be it gold, silver, property, shares, funds or bonds

http://www.globalpropertyguide.com/Asia/malaysia

high rises yield the highest percentage with 9.0+ of staggering increase in price almost every year.. this mean there will come to a point where it stop growing..

high rises could be even at their peak or past their peak price.. thus creating some sort of bubble.. which is happening now.. look at the empty units or refer by agents worldwide as units unsold

******************************

many approach me to invest /  do business / earn side income....etc

this shows one thing

when economy is down, MLM always grow because everyone wants to earn that additional income

when economy is good, MLM is quiet.. property boom

this literally happen every 10 years..

with this, i can conclude that society is getting desperate

with this, property or business is slowing down....

this is a good time to go in.. many promotions and goodies at a good price

*******************************

no silly, don't go for leasehold..

2013-2018 is being hail by many as the last chance to really make it as Malaysia is heading towards a build nation..

if we don't make it in this 5 years, it's going to be very very hard to make it later

********************************

few years back i came to know a couple.. both age around 33-35

i was around 25 back then...

i envy them much that being a tender age they able to afford a 800k+ house and drive a mitsubishi lancer..

that come up to a monthly debt payment of around 6,000

and i always wonder how they make it.. and i asked myself this question almost every day.. am i not hardworking enough or am i not working smart enough

fast forward 4 years to now.. and i realize.. at that age.. they could have done better

********************************

i seriously think, people are just not working hard enough...

don't judge people from appearances because a chicken hawker could have millions in his bank while a person who works in the bank don't

working smart is basically easing work burden however working smart doesn't ensure rich or success..

working hard does

which again.. i think many people is lacking now

investment

i have been saving my bullets and i think it's time to do some investment

property would be one of them

scary it looks.. but i'm ready

either you go big or you go many

why buy silly leasehold properties or condo that don't yield much

money dont come easy and should invest properly...

success....

1. They Don’t Waste Time Feeling Sorry for Themselves

Mentally strong people don’t sit around feeling sorry about their circumstances or how others have treated them. Instead, they take responsibility for their role in life and understand that life isn’t always easy or fair.

2. They Don’t Give Away Their Power

They don’t allow others to control them, and they don’t give someone else power over them. They don’t say things like, “My boss makes me feel bad,” because they understand that they are in control over their own emotions and they have a choice in how they respond.

3. They Don’t Shy Away from Change

Mentally strong people don’t try to avoid change. Instead, they welcome positive change and are willing to be flexible. They understand that change is inevitable and believe in their abilities to adapt.

4. They Don’t Waste Energy on Things They Can’t Control

You won’t hear a mentally strong person complaining over lost luggage or traffic jams. Instead, they focus on what they can control in their lives. They recognize that sometimes, the only thing they can control is their attitude.

5. They Don’t Worry About Pleasing Everyone

Mentally strong people recognize that they don’t need to please everyone all the time. They’re not afraid to say no or speak up when necessary. They strive to be kind and fair, but can handle other people being upset if they didn’t make them happy.

6. They Don’t Fear Taking Calculated Risks

They don’t take reckless or foolish risks, but don’t mind taking calculated risks. Mentally strong people spend time weighing the risks and benefits before making a big decision, and they’re fully informed of the potential downsides before they take action.

7. They Don’t Dwell on the Past

Mentally strong people don’t waste time dwelling on the past and wishing things could be different. They acknowledge their past and can say what they’ve learned from it. However, they don’t constantly relive bad experiences or fantasize about the glory days. Instead, they live for the present and plan for the future.

8. They Don’t Make the Same Mistakes Over and Over

Mentally strong people accept responsibility for their behavior and learn from their past mistakes. As a result, they don’t keep repeating those mistakes over and over. Instead, they move on and make better decisions in the future.

9. They Don’t Resent Other People’s Success

Mentally strong people can appreciate and celebrate other people’s success in life. They don’t grow jealous or feel cheated when others surpass them. Instead, they recognize that success comes with hard work, and they are willing to work hard for their own chance at success.

10. They Don’t Give Up After the First Failure

Mentally strong people don’t view failure as a reason to give up. Instead, they use failure as an opportunity to grow and improve. They are willing to keep trying until they get it right.

11. They Don’t Fear Alone Time

Mentally strong people can tolerate being alone and they don’t fear silence. They aren’t afraid to be alone with their thoughts and they can use downtime to be productive. They enjoy their own company and aren’t dependent on others for companionship and entertainment all the time but instead can be happy alone.

12. They Don’t Feel the World Owes Them Anything

Mentally strong people don’t feel entitled to things in life. They weren’t born with a mentality that others would take care of them or that the world must give them something. Instead, they look for opportunities based on their own merits.

inflation

over the past week we the Malaysian receive many unfortunate goodies from the government..

which cause inflation.. from the increase price of sugar (please don't buy into their subsidy removal crap..)

to the increment of house tax up to 200%

then the subsequent predicted implementation of GST on 2015.

i for once am a little happy that everything is going up but not the salary... the corporate taxis not going down either.. with things getting expensive, many consumer base shop is having hard time doing business and probably is going to close shop

the end user is again suffering from all these inflation..

i think it's not bad enough... it should be so bad that the majority if RAKYAT is having trouble living.. thats when revolution happen.. when everybody is poor and got nothing to lose, thats when everybody go down to the street and over throw the government

everybody is in comfort zone now.. maybe less comfort but still comfort

hiding behind the laptop.. just sharing or venting their frustration.. like it matter

it doesn't

it'll create a hype but thats it.. just a topic that will be discuss over a coffee.. but frankly, what you going to do??

when everybody got nothing to lose, its when we go hardcore and throw down this corrupted government but then again

we are all sheeps... do you prefer a wolf as a leader or lion as your leader

pretty bad either way eh?

************************************

hedge your fund, live below your mean, work hard and enjoy your life...

that i think is more important...

do it wisely though

oct 9 (ii)

and i slowly began to realize and understand how some people make money

its really not about needing that money but about making it

i came across an article about definition of society

there's the

ultra poor - like really poor

poor - daily allowances for daily uses

average - average wage earner

there's the 5 c average - the average that own a condo, a car, have credit card, career, and i don't remember whats next, with bank having figure reaching 6 figures

millionaire - the one that make its first pot of gold with bank having money reaching 7 figures

multi millionaire - the one that has net worth 10 M and above

ultra rich - those that has net worth of exceeding 100 M

the billionaire - this is of course the top of the food chain which is occupied by many of our politician and its cronies

we all start from ground zero.. assuming, some are luckier start of rich as the rich second generation

where u end up, sometimes give you that sense of achievement

some do, some don't feel that

to elevate the quality of life which unfortunately in Malaysia the quality is good also not any better

but to thrive in such hostile environment.. where as a Chinese we have the total disadvantage and yet still make it anywhere from being a millionaire and above.. just make you feel, life is interesting

because you able to utilize your strength to the full and capitalize on your life to make something

some call it the American dream

i call it.. life

because we man, because man and woman are still playing different role here in Malaysia

Man tend to have 4 stages in life, each stages last around 25 years

the first stage is about carefree, learning, experiencing, preparing

while the second stages come into utilizing what you have learn, experience and prepare in the first stage and build something out of it

oct 9

After spreading my network for the past 10 months in order to boost or expand to other opportunities, i began to see some fruits.. its tiny small fruits but at least there's starting to show some replies

i have people coming in asking to invest on business opportunities, ranging from

cars : which seriously i think is a downhill thing unless its distributing AP

food franchise : food thing is always complex

healthy drinks in cambodia : South east asia market is very huge and anything that involve cambodia, vietnam, indonesia, myanmar is a must go not to travel but to open the road

bars / clubs : huge investment but with reaping reward if it works out

beauty : my strength

then of course before one do anything, one should try to indulge a little bit to get the vibe

i spoke to a person today and i share one philosophy of mine. what is consider work or what is then consider business.

a tiring work is define when you are putting a lot of effort but is not reaping the reward u thought could be higher, that is tiring

a happy work is where you put little effort but with huge reward

nothing is impossible only there will be a catch

a business is only a business if you do not indulge fully into it

all good business like the vending machine, the chatime franchise, the electronics like samsung.. the boss is not there selling these.. if they are, then it is not consider a business

mine is taking too much of my time and effort.. though the reward is justifiable.. i want to take it to another level

i still feel my time could and should contribute into something else.. to either earn more, relax or improve the quality of my life

i want to make something out of nothing

to get away and out from that ordinary get up-go to work-back from work

to make magic and work interesting

is the a future to non-malay

Is there a FUTURE for non-Malays in Malaysia ... seriously...

My Malay buddy texted me: "Would you comment as a non-Malay, in particular Chinese, how you see future of non-Malays, especially Chinese, with the likes of Perkasa, Jati, Jimm around and even Umno becoming more rightist. Also with country appearing to becoming more Malay as well as Malay population increasing while non-Malay population decreasing? Will not name you, of course."
He's a columnist just like me and he needed my response to help him put together a piece on the sorry state of race relations in the country. So I rang him up and offered him my opinion.
"Must be a hard time you Chinese are facing eh?" he said before assuring me he would not use my name in his column.
"Why not?" I asked. "Because the other non-Malay friends I asked would only speak on condition they remain anonymous." I reminded him my principle is that if I have an opinion I would say it upfront without the need to remain nameless. Otherwise I have no opinions to offer. "But that will look funny because yours will be the only opinion with a name, the rest would remain anonymous," he protested.
Not intending to sound Quixotic, I told him if one feels strongly about expressing an opinion, he or she should put his or her name to it. Otherwise, it's better not to say anything. The only exception is that if by doing so endangers someone else's life. Freedom of expression comes with a price. If it doesn't command a price then it's just cheap talk. Only fools do that.
Problem is not the Malays in general, but the Malays who are racist and there are many
The problem is not with the Malays. They have never been a problem. I have always lived in a mixed neighbourhood since young counting Malays as friends. When I was in Form Five, my good friend was a Malay who lived in Kampung Baru. Surely you can't find anyone more Malay than that. When I entered university on the first day of the May 13 riots, my room-mate was a Malay. During Ramadan, I attempted to fast with him but I didn't last the distance. Chinese just can't fast as well as Malays can.
But make no mistakes about it. There are Malay racists in this country. You see them in the news everyday. Though they seem to be growing more and more through the years, there's no empirical evidence for me to say Malays are becoming increasingly racist. My experience is that there are more Malays who would likely to be for me than against me. Likewise, there are also non-Malay racists. You see them in the news too.
So we have to live with this problem of perception. Is there a solution?
Non-Malays have suffered tremendously
Some say we may as well pack up and leave. I did just that more than twenty over years ago. But we came back from Australia after our only daughter graduated and started working.
There's no place like home. And Malaysia is home. One can't leave home forever. The prodigal son returns some day. Migration, after all, is an elitist proposition. Only the professionals with skills to offer or those rich enough qualify for migration. The rest remain behind for better or for worse. But they still have a choice – to be at peace or at war with their Malay neighbours.
Non-Malays have suffered tremendously because of racist policies. Malays too have suffered if not more from such flawed policies based solely on race. The injustice seems only more cruel to them simply because they are supposed to be the beneficiaries of such policies.
Racism has produced a distorted economy that will continue to drag Malaysia down to the ranks of among the failed states. More racist policies will not benefit anyone, least of all the Malays. We are all stakeholders. Time to say no to racism.

have a good talk with a few Phd friends in the library earlier... they are of course someone who is much smarter in terms of intellectual compare to me..

one of them show us a video clip on how police force were use to kick Chinese out of their houses

one of them angrily and said how Malaysian Chinese were treated like dogs and doesn't seems to have a place in this country

well silly boy, we do have a place in this country. I mean dogs and cats live in this country too.. like those rats and animals, it's just unless you are the chosen one by birth to carry the title bumiputera, you are these animals... lol

the issue i have to deal on the lips of many people seems to revolve around cost of living getting high, bad government, economic is doing bad, property price going high...

worry too much that at times you forget to do good yourself.. have aim yourself and just work towards your goals.. don't have to worry too much on any other things...

Things in Malaysia is very expensive... everybody knew that.. but who call you to simply buy things in Malaysia?

if you want something so bad, after buying it don't bitch about it then..

what the future holds for us Malaysian? some people cant even figure out their own future and you want to worry about Malaysia's future.. lol

but of course don't make too many goals else you will lose focus and eventually not succeeding in achieving any of it..

**********************************************************

my colleague told me a story today

i listen...

he stated how he thinks certain woman are dumb in their brain.. i asked why

he tells me how a girl who is already 29 but actually still thinks she is in her early 20's and still want to play the "field"

we laugh

not that there's any wrong but have she look at how those young girls look like?

but that's not the point.. looks is one thing..

character and attitude is so much more important above everything else..

it doesn't matter how rich or poor the family is the girl from

or what education level she is in.. so long of course she is not stupid / retard

it also does not matter how pretty she looks so long she looks okay

but if she got some crazy attitude or character that is of different frequency from the partner.. it's going to be hard to click

i agree with one statement that life is not about looking for that perfect guy or girl but about experiencing magic together

i already 29 and is nearing 30.. basically if i were to live until 80, i'm in the second quarter of my life..

work has consume a huge part of my life since i'm 20 right up to now..

i want to make work more interesting and life more magical

plastic surgery

This is the face that is most requested for in Asian plastic surgery clinics
Apparently, Korean actress Song Hye Kyo's face is the most requested among women intending to undergo plastic surgery.
According to an article in Soompi, on September 27, Y-Star's programme "Other Questions" featured confessions about women and plastic surgery.
It also explored the analysis and attitudes of women on plastic surgery among the three Northeast Asian countries Korea, Japan and China.
It was found that Song Hye Kyo's face is most preferred among the women.
She is widely acknowledged as the best face to represent Korea.
"In the latest cosmetic surgery craze sweeping China, Vietnam and even France, the foreigners want the same style as Song Hye Kyo," the plastic surgery specialists said.
Following Song Hye Kyo, in second place is newlywed (to Lee Byung Hun) actress Lee Min Jung. Another actress, Han Ga In rounds out the top three.

man vs boy

i was a boy then that make much mistake

haven't really grow out of the shell but i am more experience now in handle situation

boy need time to grow and to have enough experience to mature or man up..

suit tie Jaclyn Auletta

A girl is attracted to boys. A woman is attracted to men. Now, this has nothing to do with the actual age of a person. I’m referring to maturity, life vision and stage of life. In fact, some people regardless of their age, will never really grow up. You can switch the genders in this post and most points would likely still apply. Or, read this post on “The 11 Differences Between Dating a Girl vs a Woman“.
If you are a girl (lack independence, are ruled by insecurity, lack self-respect, throw tantrums, have princess syndrome, don’t have strong values or boundaries and can’t hold yourself on your own) then expect that you will attract only boys. However, if you are a woman (independent, ambitious, knows your worth and value, has a strong moral compass, is considerate and an able communicator and doesn’t let insecurity dominate your psyche), then you should be dating a man. And if you can’t spot the difference just yet, here are some pointers.
  1. A man knows what he wants, and goes for it. A boy may have somewhat of an idea, but not really. He doesn’t think too much about it, and even if he does, doesn’t exert much effort to get it. A boy is passive, a man is assertive.
  2. A man plans for his future and is working towards building a foundation and infrastructure in order to have a family (at some point in his life).  A boy lives only in the moment and his plans are mostly around which bar he’s going to hit up on the weekend.
  3. A man looks for a woman with intelligence, who is supportive, grounded and encompasses a shared set of values when choosing a partner. A boy cares mostly only for girls who are hot, wild and exciting.
  4. A man knows a good woman when he meets one and will take initiative to get to know her. A boy may make an attempt if you’re lucky, but gives up before ever really trying.
  5. A man has the courage to have uncomfortable conversations. He is honest with his intentions and lets people know where they stand. A boy avoids. He ignores confrontation or any serious talks about feelings. Instead of dealing with a situation, he runs away from it or creates drama or excuses to mask the fact he’s not that into you or a relationship.
  6. A man knows when to invest in a woman and jump in with two feet. A boy is always “testing” – he doesn’t fully commit because he never knows if he is quite ready. But the truth is, because he is a boy, regardless of who he meets, he will never be ready due to the stage of life he is in.
  7. A man knows how to have a good time and be social, but is often busy making strides in his career and building his life. A boy is getting crunk with his buddies at the bar every weekend.
  8. A man takes the time to reflect on the type of man he wants to be, the example he wants to leave and the vision for his life. He has put thought into his values. A boy has not established his moral compass or values and consequently, is often inconsistent.
  9. A man has integrity. He means what he says, and says what he means. He has follow through and actions his promises. And if he can’t he has the guts to tell you why. A boy makes promises but doesn’t follow through.
  10. A man is afraid of rejection but will put himself out there anyway. A boy is afraid of rejection and acts passive so that his pride and ego won’t ever get too banged up.
  11. Now, a lot of these differences require taking the time to know someone to figure out if the apple of your eye is indeed a man, or a mere boy. However, one of the quickest filters that you can notice from the beginning is this:
     A boy plays games. A man doesn’t.

despite the many ideas or values that i share

i remain firm on one that thing i am a mean person

mean for the guilty things that i have not completed in the nicest manner possible

i had bunch of employees talking crap behind my back.. which i don't really care much.. simply put because i felt both party do not share the same direction..

i would like to remain my private things to only myself

and of course for the people that i have hurt

i remain guilty as charge and no, i need not earn any forgiveness

everyone else i don't really owe them any explanation

they just like to run their mouth as if they know everything.. like our politician ministers

talk for the sake of noise pollution

These things that get in my brain so much... i just want to remain private.. very private on many other things.. opening up to certain people

that probably is the biggest impact that change some of my view...

i don't seek standing out or being that green apple

i just want to make something out of my life privately and as low profile as possible

to the many people that i did not approve your facebook thing.. is because i do not want to keep in touch via facebook beside not wanting people to know more about me

i don't update my facebook nor do i like to take pictures... i only share my thoughts via blogspot.. because this is where it all took place and this is where i find my peace

in business i am a serious and a very aggressive man.. nothing stops me and i am very hardworking and determine

personally i would like to remain as private as possible and as low profile as possible

its been really a while since i buy anything for myself.. no new shoes, no new clothes... not anything.. i don't feel like buying anything as well...

i dont feel like putting an argument, or voice my opinion nor do i feel like going out for a movie or anything.. i prefer to stay at home and watch dvd.. or maybe learn mahjong.. anything that make me stay indoor

if it is an outdoor thing.. i prefer isolating thing like fishing or simply going overseas..

why oh why the changes??

things that matter no longer matter

priority has change

perspective and view has change

sept 26(ii)

held a conversation with some individual lately... he spoke of his frustration about being a citizen of Malaysia

i don't even understand why is he so angry about

this is my take...

after what has took place recently... i began to realize my role in this country called Malaysian

i am a Malaysian by name that holds a Malaysian passport.. that's it.. nothing more

i am here in this country to consume its resources and put it into my favour.. to either make me rich or make myself feeling good..

if i cant put the situation into my favour, this is nothing more than a lame duck country to me..

i am proud of myself individually not linking myself too much with the country of course..

so if you feel you are being marginalize or being treated unfair also you feel living here in Malaysia is very tough.. you should consider leaving it.. because it doesn't favour you... if you are not capable of doing anything.. voicing anger out really waste time and energy because there's no solution to it.. might as well take the time and energy to do something else

like treat the other half better, think of something special and touching

work to earn extra money

attend classes/seminar/courses to improve oneself

but many choose to sit around a round table and just talk about rubbish.. something wish i find at times annoying.. unless that friend is someone you have not seen for a long time.. then maybe just catch up.. to do it every week?? or bi weekly??

anyway different opinion.. different individual

2013 is drawing to an end..

i cant summarize this year in a paragraph..

but i knew so long as i keep my vision clear and keep on working hard.. i will be ok

i just came back from China..

i attend the exhibition, visit factory and also explore many other business opportunities.. i spend a whole week there

it is in China one would realize what does survivor of the fittest means

1) you don't walk slow

2) you should be aggressive in sales

3) marketing is very important

4) you need to stand out to be competitive

5) discipline and hard work is very important

i can say i'm impress... i don't really like China but i am impress with their working attitude..

***********************************************

i recently also talk to a very smart and successful man.. he share with me ideas on how to get rich.. especially on property

he taught me this theory

some says to get rich you need to learn how to save

some says to get rich you need to learn how to earn

all this are not wrong but it doesn't work.. no rich man has ever documented story about how they earn or save to be a billionaire

you need to be smart and learn magic.. money come out of nowhere.. that's how getting rich is done

i press further, he gave me one good example

normal people buy property to rent or buy-and-sell concept..

that require long time..

to get more money you would need to know about flip sale, lock sale, group sale, holding sale, and also fire sale all this with the adequate research

of course we cant really search this on the internet as its term create by this guy however what i learn from him trigger something in me.. telling me there are so many different aspect of a story then just buy and sell

life is not about creating an empire or have a mountain or billions of dollars.. but about life satisfaction..

we live once, why don't we push the envelope and see how far we can go.. stay stagnant and comfortable is of course ideal but even our mentor teaches us, life is a constant change and learning is something constant.. why stay stagnant?

even goku became a super saiyan

i know its fictional..

the attitude of our ancestor or parent is by going all the way out.. not just to make end meets.. but to make something out of nothing

not just be a consumer

dear employee, dear employer

Dear employer,

I would like to ask for pay raise as money is not enough.. with the fuel going up, it causes many other things to go up as well.. the salary that you have provided me is starting to feel inadequate. Beside a higher salary would means a happier employee and a happier employee would help your company to earn much more money. Higher salary or incentive would give me more energy to go that extra mile for you too.

i think company should take good care of its staff, with that extra benefit. Other big company is doing it too. my friend told me IBM is giving very good staff benefit, same as petronas and also samsung company. You also start to give me task that is hard to handle, you also should lead by example. I see you so free every time.. just sit behind the desk and only entertain certain customer while i have to work and sweat for your company. You know a good leader should lead by example not just give instructions. Your target is so high, if i can help your company to achieve target all by myself i might as well be my own boss.

********************************************************************

Dear employee,

I employ you to help me solve my problem if i can solve it myself why would i need you around? when i employ you, you are given specific task with that specific salary so asking for more because you feel tired or need that extra boost is not under our agreement, that is your attitude problem. To give you specific task and higher target simply because i would like to see how far is your capability, this is to ease my decision whenever i would like to promote someone.

Each company have different vision, mission, objective etc. you cannot compare as its not apple to apple. Bringing up silly judgement sometimes make you look stupid and not smart. Every individual has their own task, that include employee and employer of all level, questioning the task also gain yourself another point for stupidity.

by the way you asking for higher salary, have you ever ask what have you done so significant/out standing that you deserve a pay raise? simply because you have work a few years or because you complete your task?

*****************************************************************************

both will never see eye to eye on many things because of different view and also mind set...

whenever i sit around people that begin to rant about their company and talk about going for the human resource department to sue their boss.. makes me shake my head

i got summon to Jabatan Buruh recently.. and have to make appearances on court recently...

it is until i step into the court i realize.. i stupid the whole thing is.. the judge have not much clue on the law, the employee is even worse... and because i am the employer, i get to manipulate so many things

seriously, when you rant and talk about sue someone ass off.. those crap, do a bit of homework before you run your rant.. it really makes you look stupid.. just because people do not counter your opinion doesn't mean they agree with you and think you are smart.. they are merely sitting back wanting to enjoy the show you are bound to create..

The announcement, due on Saturday, comes as Najib faces a ruling party leadership contest next month. — Reuters pic

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 11 — Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak will announce measures this weekend to boost the economic role of majority ethnic Malays, signalling a reversal of earlier pledges to roll back race-based policies that have stunted the country’s competitiveness.
The announcement, due on Saturday, comes as Najib faces a possible ruling party leadership contest next month. It also follows an election in May in which his coalition, in power since independence from Britain in 1957, was overwhelmingly rejected by minority ethnic Chinese voters.
“I will soon announce a comprehensive policy to encourage Bumiputera participation in the economy,” Najib said on his official Twitter page on Wednesday.
The initiatives will cover equity ownership, business, “human capital” and social and economic development, the state-controlled New Straits Times cited senior officials as saying. He will also announce steps, the report said, to strengthen state institutions that promote the economic role of Malays, also known as Bumiputeras, or “sons of the soil”.
Abdul Wahid Omar, a minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, was quoted as saying there could also be steps to create more opportunities for Malays in the private sector and to boost their ownership of commercial property.
“A recurring issue is the lack of employment opportunities for Bumiputeras in the private sector, especially at the executive level,” he said.
Affirmative action privileges were put in place in the early 1970s to improve the lot of Malays, who make up around 60 per cent of the 28 million population, are historically poorer and traditionally live in rural areas.
Minority ethnic Chinese, about a quarter of the population, are wealthier and still dominate business and the economy.
After he took the country’s top job in 2009, Najib cast himself as a moderniser who would roll back the privileges that have deterred investment and alienated minority Chinese and ethnic Indians. He has also pledged to base government assistance more strongly on needs than on race.
But those plans have largely failed to advance due to stiff resistance from within the ruling, ethnic Malay United Malays National Organisation (UMNO).
Najib was further weakened by May’s election, in which the ruling coalition lost the popular vote and saw its parliamentary majority shrink.
The result, contested by the opposition, exposed a deepening divide between Malays and ethnic Chinese and was seen as leaving Najib more dependent on support from UMNO traditionalists, such as influential former prime minister Mahathir Mohamad.
For four decades, ethnic Malays have benefitted from race-based policies ranging from quotas for university admissions to preferential entry to the civil service and guaranteed minimum levels of equity ownership.
The government has a long-standing goal of increasing the Bumiputera share of equity wealth to 30 per cent, from the most recent official figure of 23 per cent.
Critics say the policy has mostly benefitted wealthy, well-connected Malays more than the poor majority, while also contributing to a massive “brain drain” of ethnic Chinese who leave Malaysia for opportunities elsewhere.

for four decade bumiputera has benefit from the race base policy but still stuck in the shit hole.. i saw many chinese however depending on themselves doing really well...
so if you are a chinese but is not doing too well.. u need to think what is wrong with u
for bumiputera.. you are already in the wrong mentality... u r born disable, having the disability to thrive and work hard

i call this cognitive dissonance problem

it's not a god thing

according to wikipedia

"In psychology, cognitive dissonance is the discomfort experienced when simultaneously holding two or more conflicting cognitions: ideas, beliefs, values or emotional reactions. In a state of dissonance, people may sometimes feel "disequilibrium": frustration, hunger, dread, guilt, anger, embarrassment, anxiety, etc.[1] The phrase was coined by Leon Festinger in his 1956 bookWhen Prophecy Fails, which chronicled the followers of a UFO cult as reality clashed with their fervent belief in an impending apocalypse.[2][3] Festinger subsequently (1957) published a book called A Theory of Cognitive Dissonance in which he outlines the theory. Cognitive dissonance is one of the most influential and extensively studied theories in social psychology.
The theory of cognitive dissonance in social psychology proposes that people have a motivational drive to reduce dissonance by altering existing cognitions, adding new ones to create a consistent belief system, or alternatively by reducing the importance of any one of the dissonant elements.[1] Cognitive dissonance is the distressing mental state that people feel when they "find themselves doing things that don't fit with what they know, or having opinions that do not fit with other opinions they hold."[4] A key assumption is that people want their expectations to meet reality, creating a sense of equilibrium.[5] Likewise, another assumption is that a person will avoid situations or information sources that give rise to feelings of uneasiness, or dissonance.[1]
Cognitive dissonance theory explains human behavior by positing that people have a bias to seek consonance between their expectations and reality. According to Festinger, people engage in a process he termed "dissonance reduction," which can be achieved in one of three ways: lowering the importance of one of the discordant factors, adding consonant elements, or changing one of the dissonant factors.[6] This bias sheds light on otherwise puzzling, irrational, and even destructive behavior."

Most people tend to have this problem. Open up for improvement and never to say never, i always believe that so long you put your mind to it, nothing is impossible.

Don't let false beliefs about yourself or your wolrd hold you back from growing. If you define yourself or others through their negative qualities, which all of us have; you will bring these to the forefront in your interactions with them and miss the full picture.

a good example of cognitive dissonance, grape that is not eaten is forever sour..
