I walk around in a daze...
my hollowed out interior
filled with smoky gloom,
choking off all joy.
Just as life begins to clear,
I gasp aloud at the realization,
you're not here;
you never will be again.
I wilt like a waterlily
in the desert.
I walk around in a daze
my hollowed out interior
filled with smoky gloom,
choking off all joy.
Just as life begins to clear,
I gasp aloud at the realization,
you're not here;
you never will be again.
I wilt like a waterlily
in the desert.
I walk around in a daze
If raindrops were tears
And it rained every day,
The rain couldn't wash
My heartache away.
You're still my ideal;
But it cuts to the bone
What I see in your eyes.
You want me to stop;
You want to be friends,
But you'll be my true one
Until breath and life ends.
Can it be time for us to say goodbye?
Too soon, it's much too soon,
Too soon, it's much too soon,
You smile with ease, but I can only sigh
and it's so hollow
and suddenly it stops
the tunnel ride stop
no longer we play hop
or call each other silly names like sponge bob
remember how i use to be a flop
and there it stops
it just stop
