Malaysia is trying to push it way up like what hong kong / singapore is practicing now... however there is a difference
Hong kong has a population of 7.155 million people, singapore has 5.312 million people while malaysia has a population of 29.24 million
however hong kong is only 1104 km2, singapore has an area of 716.1km2 while Malaysia has 329,847 km2
that's 6474 human for every 1 km2 for hong kong
as for singapore that's 7418 for every 1 km2
while malaysia has 88.64 human for every 1 km2
and this is to show why some project fail to take off and why some property projects fall flat...

i heard many people said how rich were their ancestor but due to gamble or some sort of reason, they got poor..
i always say this... one generation should be better than the next generation and this shall continue...
our forefather leave China and come to Malaysia for one reason and one reason only.. that is to make life better for himself and its generation.. if no improvement were made.. and its still in the same shit hole... why leave the very country in the first place and come to this racist country called Malaysia? bear in mind, a yellow skin leader is more aggressive than a brown skin human
take a look at hong kong, singapore, china, japan, korea
then take a look at iran, UAE, saudi arabia which all this country got rich due to oil and not due to its economical power
