wah, air conditional fix... it feels so much cooler now.. so much...



i'm sneakingly covering myself with the blanket as its raining outside and with the cooling air conditional.. wow, hehehe... it feels awesome

ran through an article today, it stated in the whole world which consist of 7 billion people, only 1405 of them are billionaire, who has a net worth of exceeding USD 1 billion. Such small percentage, that is the world.. lets look at something nearer

Malaysia who has 26 million people only has 1100+ of multi-millionaire who has a net worth of exceeding 10 million. That is something not easy to achieve but a landmark that i would want to achieve before i step into the grave

I have been talking to people recently and i came back with few good ideas as well as opportunities

One that lies on sugarcane, palm oil and the very recent house or land developing. Anything that is about agriculture or developing something is definitely something worth studying or researching.

 It is not about money but about achieving goals and i find this a challenge.. to push oneself one step higher

Some one mention that i probably have a very high standard in perfecting my craft in regards to my career, i replied... "you have yet to meet my partner" he pushes me even harder

I talked to my dad earlier and i told him about my ambition as well as my goals.. he said it is not easy to reached my goal.. but i will feel i miss out something if i did not even get close to my goals..

toasting to it, i will work very very hard toward it

Matta fair is around the corner, for the first time i'm visiting it after 7 years... what is the purpose??just a get away... not to clear my mind but just to lay back and relax.

so long as there is a 5 to 6 stars hotel along a pristine beach... enough
