I came to like Cyberjaya around 2011. Mainly due to the fact that the density is not high. I'm not really the person who likes to go out so staying in a place whereby traffic is not a problem would be ideal for me.
fast forward to 2013, me and my family decided to visit one of Cyberjaya property event.
after months and months of thinking, researching, view it again and again.. we all finally agree to purchase the house, if the loan approve
to our surprise.. the loan approved
and with the newly propose highway
the KIDEX
and the SKIP
i cant event see how Cyberjaya can fail as a whole. It might need some time to grow but with ioi resort city being bill as the largest shopping mall
aside from all this,
i really just want to get away from all the traffic woes KL has to offer.. This will probably be the house / home for a very long time..
and for the first time i will be paying the house myself, a baton that i have taken over from my dad.
